Lars has spent ten years in payments, combining technical and commercial experience with an entrepreneurial background running and scaling businesses. At Adyen, he worked across technical, partner and commercial roles, gaining a strong understanding of enterprise customers and payment technology. Seeing that smaller businesses wanted the same capabilities without the usual complexity and investment became the foundation for PayMe.
Co-founder & CTO
Melvin has held several CTO roles across technology companies, with experience ranging from hospitality Point of Sale systems to complex payment ledgers. He brings deep technical expertise in building scalable, reliable infrastructure and turning complex payment technology into products that are simple to use. At PayMe, he leads the technology behind the platform.
Co-founder & CPCO
Yeri has spent over ten years in payments, with a background in Point of Sale, secure locker technology and mission critical systems. His technology is used by football stadiums and large venues where failure is never an option, making reliability, redundancy and security fundamental to every product he builds. That same philosophy sits at the core of PayMe.
The PayMe founders share a history that goes back well before the company. Lars and Melvin built a long standing relationship through Adyen, where Melvin was a partner of Adyen. Lars and Yeri have known each other for over ten years, working together on high volume payment systems for large public events and becoming early adopters of open loop payments in the industry. Those shared experiences in payments, technology and reliability ultimately brought the three together to build PayMe.
